I have had the Forerunner for a while and really like it. Have a new Mac and would like to do some more things with the Forerunner’s info but Garmin doesn’t support the Mac. One solution would be to do the Virtual Mac software, but since I don’t have a need for other PC applications would be a waste of $$$. Any recommended solutions/work arounds?
Motionbased also does not work with anything except IE. Got an old PC hanging around? might be your best choice.
I just sent a nice email asking garmin this exact question. They responded that there aren’t enough mac users or funds to help us mac users, and that we could try Virtual PC. I follwed up by sending them a not so nice email. Just because mac users constitute <10% of the computer market share doesn’t mean we should be snubbed. But we are. Bummer.
