? for "The Triathlete's Training Bible" users

in chapter 8, it mentions “strength” as an ability category, but strength doesn’t appear on the annual training plan. all other ability categories are listed on the plan (weights, endurance, force, speed, muscular endurance, anaerobic endurance, power, and testing), but not strength. is it referring to the “weights” category as strength?

any clarification would be appreciated.

The ability “strength” should be “force”. This was a typo in the book. I just asked Joe about it to be sure.
