Will be in St Pete staying on the beach from Thurs to Sunday, and looking for good places or routes to run, in the 8-14 mile range. Any input would be appreciated. Also, if there is any group run (on the faster side) Sunday a.m., would love to join! Also any good places to rent a decent road bike?

Run on the beach. The sand is usually pack3ed down pretty well. If you’re gonna run any where else, head over to Fort Desoto. Actually, go there regardless. Awesome park.
Not sure is Florida Bike Sports rents or not. Decent shop. Chainwheel Drive in Clearwater should rent.
