Aaron Saft, one of my partners in the new Foot Rx Asheville store http://www.footrxasheville.com/ won the Springmaid Splash 10k adventure race http://mitchellraces.com/...aidsplash/index.html this weekend setting a new course record by about 1’30"!! He had a tough race running neck and neck with Shiloh Mielke holding him off at the finish. Shiloh is running for team USA in the World Mountain Running Championships. Aaron is running great, having just won The Bear http://www.hopeformarrow.org/bearresults.htm recently as well, a straight uphill 5 miler.
Congrats Aaron!!
