Started having some pain on the ball of my right foot about a week after IMC. It started feeling better, so I went for a run earlier this week. It was ok to run on, but the next day I could barely walk. Started icing, but looking for ideas of what it could be.

Im not a doc but the first things that come to my mind are plantar fasciitis or mortons neuroma. Is the pain under a certaIn toe? Is it between two toes?
need a bit more info as to exactly where. Push around - beneath the great toe? 2nd MPJ? Focal or diffuse. Any mild edema felt/noted?
