Foot Inserts for Running Shoes

Left foot is a solid size and a half smaller than right. Consistently had problems where I feel like I’m ‘swimming’ in my shoe. Done the whole orthodics and heel inserts you purchase at running/grocery stores (all seem to elevate my foot out of the shoe more than anything). Recent thinking is to MacGyver my own heel padding around the heel and achilles in order to push my foot forward and utilize the arch support system of the shoe.

Anyone ever experience with this? Thoughts on fabric/material to use helpful.

This should help …

Go to your Running Specialty store. Brooks has a program where you can order two different sized shoes for something like $30 more. It does have to be a 1.5 size difference, which yours is. Check it out!

Thanks people…Brooks didn’t give the option to the store, I guess.

The store needs to tell their CSR (customer service rep). It’s available to everyone. Shoot me a pm if you need me to take care of it. Thanks!
