Flat feet - You may need an arch support - Look at your wet foot impression after coming out of the shower are both feet impressions the same
Wearing flat shoes (Trainers Crocks & shoes with no support can cause this)
Remedy
Roll a tennis ball under the foot (can be done while sitting at your desk)
Roll it backwards and forwards under both feet then progress to
Build up the time then repeat with the ball on a hard surface rather than carpet for extra pressure then progress to a baseball over many weeks.
Compare trying to touch your toes before and after if you see a big difference you need to work on these foot muscles.
