Someone knows if the Florida’s great espace triathlon was a wave start or mass start. And can we ride the course days before.

Wave starts - wetsuits - water will be in the high 60’s - bike course is inside the park so you ride the course anytime at Lake Louisa State Park. Race maps are at www.usantc.com
