Florida’s Great Escape Triathlon will take place on Sunday, March 5th, 2006 at Lake Louisa State Park in Clermont, Florida. Registration has just opened at www.signmeup.com. This event will quailify 48 athletes for the 2006 Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon. Race distances - Swim 1.5 miles, Bike 16 miles, Run - 7 Miles. Only 750 athletes will be allowed to enter the race. Z
