Does anyone know a great swim coach or camp in Florida? Preferably the east coast (gold coast) area but anywhere north of Miami and around the Orlando area would do.

I head to the Orlando area typically at least once a winter. If you have a small group and you’re flexible with dates. I’d be happy to meet with you.
thanks. Really i am going to be up by vero beach (what they call the “treasure coast” i think, but was thinking i would have better looking driving south or towards that clermont area, though it’s not too convenient. So any ideas up further north?

For a camp or just a coach?
If you want a camp, I was actually considering holding one there this winter. I’m not all that familiar with northern Florida except for the few places I’ve trained - near Orlando, Clermont, the Villages, Ocala National Forest. Ocala has a really nice long course pool and a masters program. I can’t think of the coach’s name off the top of my head, but I’m sure you could find it online. The pool is at the Ocala Community College.

If you decide you can’t find anything away from the Clermont area let me know and I will find out what is going on within the dates that you can make it down here. We have numerous visiting camps that run throughout the Winter and some great local coaches that can maybe give you some one on one instruction. I can possibbly also help with finding accomodation if you need that too.
