Very interested to see Flo selling their 30 rims. Any thoughts on the other contenders for building a PowerTap wheel? More interested in the aeronicity ™ than the weight, although they do give up 120g to a Pacenti.

It would totally depend on the kind of riding you’re doing I guess. There isn’t any aero data on the Pacenti or Kinlin that I am aware of, but they are certainly not optimized for aerodynamics. If you look at Flo’s recent blog on aero vs. weight, it would lead me to believe aero wins for most people’s bulk of the riding. I like the Pacenti, but I think I’d build the Flo 30 if I wanted to be fastest most of the time.
the SL23 is a nice rim, and lighter than the flo. I think that the flo might be $10 cheaper and I believe wins in the aero department. Personally, I would go with the flo and build a powertap into it.
I am leaning toward the Flo, then I can buy the front complete and only have to worry about having the rear built up
