Anyone use the Flightdeck computer system?
I currently use the wired system and have contemplated the wireless for another bike. I am interested in your thoughts.
i am still waiting for the 2004 flightdecks to come in. I’ve been told that Shimano doesn’t have them ready. Can anybody confrim/deny that shimano is behind schedule?

Fantastic piece of gear. So simple, so easy to use. Cadence without wires running all over the bike (spot-on accurate, too). Switching displays with hands on the hoods. I love the little gear display. Still on the original batteries after 3 years.
Simply brilliantly executed. I wonder why anyone with STI doesn’t have this instead of a regular bike computer. I wish it worked with bar-ends.
I have cordless on my MTB and wired on my road bike. Neither works very well and I find the 2 separate menus which you have to scroll through to get time/distance and speed/cadence info quite irritating to use. I much prefer the Cateye Astrale which I have on my TT bike.
