I stop running and my body falls apart. I have a boot on my left foot and have been walking with right and probably overdoing it. I kneel down to clean the house and put things away. last night, I felt like my big toe went back a little too far. Did not think much of it. Woke up this morning and have a great deal of weakness now in flexing my big toe. UGH!! This is so frustrating

I agree not very warrior like. Was planning on doing the Disney Marathon weekend this January, but as of now, it looks like I am going to cancel my reservation. Not feeling very marathon like ![]()
I don’t even want to go to docs for this one, did you have something similar with a weakened FHL muscle? I would have expected this from running, not from doing things around the house. However, I did have arch pain in this foot prior to my other injury in my left. UGH! Cancelling my January plans as soon as I finish this post
It was nothing to do with FHL muscle/tendon. It was bending over to tighten quick release on bicycle and putting back out such that I had to no show for a race.
