Last week I broke my handlebars while pulling up on a climb. So I brought my bike to my LBS (Barrington Bicycle Co. in IL, good shop!) to get new bars, so while I was there I might as well get a new seat! Ive heard so much about the Arione so I bought it. It rocks! Its like a luxury recliner compared to all other rusted lawn chair bike seats. Ive tried 4 seats in the last two years. I rode on it in tri shorts and didnt miss the extra padding of my bike shorts, after my ride I went in to the bike shop to let them know how great the seat was. All the other positive posts about this seat where spot on!

i love my arione. the funny thing is it doesn’t look comfortable. it looks like a prostate’s nightmare. but it’s 10x better than any padded saddle (like my old koobi). i guess it’s the design.
Which version does everyone recommend - the tri version or the regular?
