Fi'zi:k Customer service....update

As I had earlier commented on a less than stellar incident, I am now correcting my stance. Due to the efforts of Renata of Fi’zi:k, I received today a brand new replacement saddle from Italy. I had filled out their online form, as I had a problem with the finish on mine. She e-mailed me and confirmed that they would issue a replacement saddle. In the span of 2-3 days, I had the saddle shipped from Italy and excellent communication from Renata, keeping me posted as to the status at all times. I commend her professionalism, and I appreciate Fi’zi:k standing up to the standards of customer service that some here have told of. They did far more than my LBS did, and I will be a big fan of their products with the knowledge that there are some manufacturers who have integrity at heart. Thanks Fi’zi:k!
