The aluminum braking surface is coming un attached from my hed front wheel. Anyone know of a solution? Could I take a strong epoxy put it in the gap and clamp it ( I know not to crush the carbon)?
Send it back to HED. You can’t do it yourself.
Now someone is going to post how they fixed their’s with Hubba Bubba and chicken wire.
Attempting to fix it yourself will void the warranty. Send it to Hed.
No, don’t send it to HED. I’ve had luck with Hubba Bubba but it’s got to be strawberry. The grape and cherry flavors just don’t have the proper adhesives. Use that with grade 1412 chicken wire and you’re good to go.
I tried Wrigleys Double mint first, but it flew off and got caught in my rear cassette, made for slow shifting. But thanks tho…

Dude! Duck Tape! It fixes everything!
Is the reason you are asking because the wheel is out of warranty? It will probably cost you a bit to get it fixed, and I would not be surprised if HED offers a “crash replacement” instead.
I hope this does not screw up a race or a key workout for you.

What your gonna need are some ball bearings.
Now I know your saying “What the hell you need ball bearings for?”
Awww, come on guys, it’s so simple. Maybe you need a refresher course.
Hey! It’s all ball bearings nowadays. Now you prepare that Fetzer valve with some 3-in-1 oil and some gauze pads. And I’m gonna need 'bout ten quarts of anti-freeze, preferably Prestone. No, no make that Quaker State.
Soft push back on top^
