jones is still surprisingly way out front. She had a monster lead off the bike, but it would be nice to see the swiss miss turn it into a shoot-out on Alii.

incidentally, my resting HR has gone down 7 beats since montreal. i was ill this summer, no two ways. left charlie in ontario and have been loving doing nothing but easy base and a bit of mountain biking. will be in africa all summer, then aim for another trip to montreal in september and then a PB half or full marathon next fall.
