Any opinions about using a fixie on a trainer??? Would it give the same results as road use or is it just a waste of time…thanks, Dean
I use mine on my Cateye cyclosimulator - the magnetic resistance is adjustable, so the equivalent of putting it up a gear or so. I can ride out of the saddle on it too.
