Lived in the US a few years ago and go an FIST fit done on a Cervelo Dual and still have the fit sheet. Since then I have gotten a Look 496, was free from a local bikeshop so don’t have the luxury of choosing the brand that fits me best. People always commented that I looked very comfortable on the Cervelo. Should I just try to recreate the exact same position on the Look using the same measurements? No FIST fitters where I live now, in fact no fitters at all, except a few old school TT guys who don’t realise that I’m not doing 10mile TTs
If the Cervelo fit was good then transpose the measurements to the look. Measurements might change do to fitness but the only difference is the ability to get the measurements to work on the new bike.
