It sounds like she will be starting in Haiti and because of logistics she will be one day behind before her second race.
She is delusional. She doesn’t believe what she is doing is a super-human feat.
Nutritionally she is going with a high fat, low carb/glucose diet with fasting and it seems a lot of coffee. If desperate she will eat a dozen donuts
Her training now- 3 times a day- Cardio, weights and than cardio again
But all is good because she is doing it for the children
