So, how many folks are going to the Folsom International Triathlon?
I will be there with my flower at the bike rack. Going to try to go for it on the bike and see what happens.

The last two weeks have been a killer for run temps. I had not looked ahead but sounds like it continues! I going to try and make a better effort to drink on the bike. I think this has impacted me having poor runs.
Sorry to see you can not make it. I missed last year with my broken collar bone. Hope the water temps are not too cold like they were 2 years ago.

I’ll be there. I’ve been running in 80-90 degree temps at lunch…hopefully it won’t be hotter than that before 10am :).

I agree. I am getting tired of running in the heat.
Now, since I decided to not go to nationals, feel sorry for those folks with what the humidity level will be… In calif, we have “dry heat”. :o)
OT, came look me up. Again, I will have the flower in the bike transistion.

I was very tempted by that TT since we don’t have that many in this area for some reason. I choose Folsom to give LC a smackdown but he chickened out.

I have put a fake flower on top of a bike pole with a little red flag. This is what gets me back to my bike.
I tried the ballon trick, but the darn things just kept blowing into other folks.
