Fit - Look 576

I apologize in advance - I’m just an idiot right brain guy that doesn’t have the time to fully digest all of the fit related literature out there and I’m trying to figure out whether a great deal I can get on a Look 576 size L is viable (top tube length of 550). I can’t get on the bike before I’d need to pull the trigger. I was recently directed to the competitivecyclist fit calculator and got the below measurements and recommendations. The measurements are accurate. Can anyone give me some guidance on potential frame options and specifically if the Look could work. For what it’s worth - I am comfortable with a slightly less stretched out position and am buying the bike primarily to race half and full IM distances. I’m only looking at full builds under $3500. Thanks a lot.

I want to bump this post because I’m interested in Look sizing, too.

Do some other internet searches to find some more info. I know it’s out there. For what it’s worth, I am 5’10" with a 31 or 32 inseam. I ride a 56 cm road bike with forward seatpost and aerobars, although I could easily get by with a 54. I have drooled over a few Look bikes (566 and 576) and been told that I should be on a MEDIUM frame. I would guess (and that’s all it is) that based on your inseam you would be looking at a LARGE, at least.

On one review site, I remember reading that people taller than 6’2" may have trouble fitting a Look because even the XL frame might be too squeezed for them. So based on that, you may want to look at an XL.

I wish I could be more specific. I’m having a Medium 566 built up now and I can’t wait to test ride it. I hope this thread brings some more replies!
