I can read the numbers, but I can’t read what they represent - nor do I understand your question. Can you clarify? Maybe re-post the numbers from the photo as text?

According to analytic cycling those numbers all work. I can guarantee you though, you did not average 501 watts for an hour. You have a calibration problem.
That would be 5.5 w/kg… which is pretty good. According to Coggan’s power profile that would put you solidly in the top tier, which corresponds to a maximal hour effort from a “world class (eg international pro)” athlete. You would probably already know if you were in that category. Be sure you follow the instructions for whatever calibration procedure is, but my experience with the “power meters” on trainers other than the CompuTrainer and Tacx is that they are not accurate enough to use as a power meter.
501 peak watts, yes
