I have a lot of pictures of me finishing triathlons and marathons, all taken from the perspective of looking at my front at the moment I cross the line. But I don’t think I’ve ever had one taken from this angle - my sister’s boyfriend took this last Sunday. I really like this perspective. Triumph at the end of a very long day.

i like it because we see your perspective…all of the faces eagerily awaiting you to cross the line and break the tape. it’s very exciting and emotional actually–like the moment where all of your hard work materializes into a grand finale. everyone is waiting for you, and your arms are out to embrace it. it’s beautiful…a true moment in time and in life.
i can imagine the eruptive cheers as you cross the line.
