Find the Giant OCR2 an owner

I have decided to have a deadline on the Giant. If I can’t find someone by the end of the week I am sending it back to the original owner.

I am going to play this by my rules and if you don’t like it…uh…what am I trying to say…oh yeah tough.

I want a 100 word or less SA on why you or someone you know deserves this bike. If you want it don’t be a total bitch and skip out. Let me know if you want it.

Sometimes sobs stories work for me sometimes they don’t. I am not selling the bike so no cash but TSR is about trading so keep that in mind. I will not put more weight on someone who is doing it for a friend or someone doing it for themselves.
Only requests written in this thread count and the deadline is Friday at midnight and the winner will be announced on Monday.

Confused? Good. Start writing and trading and don’t think you know what I am looking for.

If the original owner or the first person that I was going to give it too want it back the contest will be over.

My nominee,

A friend of mine, young man, newly married, saving for a house, riding on a 8 speed, down tube shifter bike. He’s done a few tri’s last year as well as a few road races.

He’d love to have a bike with STI shifters to be a little more competive in the road races, and the bike would help alot in his tri attempts also.

I realize there may be other people out there that deserve this chance at a bike, but this is the person I know who would ride the wheels off of it, and appreciate it.

Tibbs, I will still send you a padded travel case if you like, not like it’s a bribe or anything.
