this is a sad day… there is probably 30 000 happy american and 30 000 000 sad canadian on earth!

Hopefully a bit more than 30,000 on the US side since you cannot access the Ducks website!!! (or 30,000,000 Canadians started to launch some old fashion DOS attacks  )

Fred.

You’d have thought that a team from Canada would have put up a lot more fight in a Stanley Cup finals…

uncle phil… you dont know anything about hockey, you are talking sh#t and obviously trying deliberatly to hurt me right now…

you should well know that it s almost impossible for a canadian team to put on a fight playing a stanley cup final in june!!! Our lake arent frozen anymore at this time and the senators didnt get to practice much… it s obviously a american tactic to make the play off go on for so long by putting so many US team in the NHL.

I for one strongly beleive the playoff should include only the top 7 team of each country(canada/usa) …that way… it would not be as long and we would have more chance to get the stanley cup back to our igloo in canada!!!

Wouldn’t you have to forfeit then for not having 7 teams? Anyways, how long has it been since a Canadian team won the Cup? 15 years maybe? That’s so long ago, it’s hard to remember that far back…

15 year…you are simply crazy… it s only been 14!!! montreal in 1993…

yeah…i made a mistake…we are missing one team… we need to bring back the winnipeg jets or the quebec nordiques!

6 teams is actually a good number for Canada. If they get too many more, they’ll have to start repeating names like the CFL used to have. They’ll have to do the Maple Leafs and the MapleLeafs.

The Ducks are a Canadian team…22 Canadian players (I think).

When they were interviewing the players after the games, you could tell they were all Canadians with their accent. Jonnyo, here we never have frozen lakes at all. The best we can do in the winter is to go snow skiing in the morning and then go surfing in the afternoon.

They should have a parade for them tomorrow. We will see how popular hockey is with the turnout (When the Lakers win, they have a huge parade). But we are not a winter sports city. You remember all the Rose Parade telecast and how warm and nice we are on Jan. 1st (except for the time Jodi came and brought her winter chill with her).

Bring back Pierre Lambert too
.

It was a dominating performance!
