Not planning on being there this weekend. But we do need to meet up and ride together one weekend. We’ve probably passed eachother a few times over the last few months.
I’ll be there working as the EMT for the event. Should be easy to find me, big red truck with lights on top…

My friend, Colt, is doing ok. He broke his collarbone…but nothing else more serious than a bunch of cuts and scrapes on his left side, knees and face. Pretty amazing, considering how hard he went down. The ER released him this morning after giving him a full body scan and some xrays. He’s pretty darn sore though. It will be a while before he’s back on his bike.

That’s a painful break. He handled it well. At least until we had to cut his trisuit… Just kidding, considering all his injuries he was a good patient and was easy to work with. Most people (especially men) scream, cuss, and complain etc for injuries far less severe than his. He is clearly a strong guy. Can you please tell him I hope he heals quickly?
