Wow that was a brutal run-up. I think if I had to run up that, at the top I would stop, sit and cry - and I am a guy. Of course on the 3rd lap I would do all that was mentioned, but at the bottom.

A friend and occasional training partner just won her age group @ XC Worlds in Louisville.
She is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever trained with and on top of that a really great person.
She just missed a KQ at IM Wisc last year.
She suffers better than almost everyone I know!..but women usually do! A few years ago we did a 165
