I think you’re talking about a photo of Wendy Ingraham (Wingnut) from a triathlete mag advertisement circa 1996-1997. I’ll check my pile of old issues when I get home.

are you thinking about Lokelani McMichael? there was a pic of her posted on Hottie Thread numerous times though I can’t find it online anymore. She’s poolside in bikini & FMPs (very lubed up) holding a bike over her head. A gratuitous photo … but hot all the same.
Fernanda Keller did it as well, I believe, when she rode a Campy equipped GT Vengeance. I think that was pre 1996. That was one of my favorite pictures of the old GT Vengeance for some reason.
