I’m more concerned with fit/ride issues than aerodynamic differences. I rode an S32 last week and damn if it wasn’t the best feel I have had in the TT position even without my Max saddle. Have not had the op to get on a Cervelo, but have ‘heard’ and been told they are quite similar in fit.
Is this accurate or no?
I’m looking for a 58 in any of the frames, but having not had the chance to hit the Cervelo up wanted to hear from those who had…thanks.
I think they fit different across different sizes, what size are you looking at?

The 58 Felt was pure butter. The saddle was some POS, but even at that I was able to suck it up and ride on my taint. The top tube length was perfect as well as the bar height. When I look at the S32 geo vs. the Dual’s they are so close it’s scary…in both the slack and steep configs. It’s almost as if they knew they were competing for the same customer;)
Not much help. But, I tried the S32 when I bought my Dual in 2006. They do fit similarly. I went with the Cervelo on recommendations from the forum, which were mostly based on aerodynamics. I’m still completely happy with my Dual going on it’s 5th season, FWIW.
Your Dual is bad ass btw dig the pics. I just can’t find one to save my life in a 58. Same for P2sl or P3sl…probably going to snag an S32 since there are a few around on CL and eBay.
Yeah. Up until just last year, you could find NOS 2006 Duals at a couple of online retailers going for ~$1300 complete. But, I don’t see them anymore.
Mine is a 58cm, too. It’s the fastest size!
There is one out there, but I’m holding off trying to find just a frame/fork…I have so much gear in my garage I could open an LBS…the same sickness we all have…more gear is better!
