bit of help - i have issue adjusting front wheel, its just at a 2 deg angle when the head top dupe is aligned … since its a felt da 2010 it has bayonet 2 fork; the level of adjustment is minimal and this is what I ended up with. What are solutions? New bayonet 2 fork? would bayonet 3 fork work with Felt DA 2010?
I just had this exact same issue w/ my '11 w/ Bayonet 3. I believe the fix is the same.
-loosen all 3 bolts on top of the stem
-then loosen pinch bolt on the side to allow adjustment
-you will only get a little bit of adjustability from side to side…but enough to go from where you have (11:30 sweeping right to 12:30).
Tighten all w/ a torque wrench.
Let me know if you have more issues or I can Skype you through it.

As the above poster mentioned, you’ve just got the stem installed crooked. Loose the two top crown bolts in the from of the steering axis as well as the pinch bolt for the heaedset locknut. Align bars with front wheel. Retighten.
hey guys - i tried the below but no matter how i set it up - when i retighten the two screws it is back to wrong angle - and to be honest i dont get the level of adjustment u mention on the bayonet 3, its like 1 degree each side which gets nullified once i retighten
may i also mention that i had those bolt fixings (the two bolts attaching adjustable stem to the body of the bayonet) unglued from the fork and dealer had to hot glue it back. is it possible this was done wrongly?
when i called the dealer he just said you need a new frame which i think its bit much

If the inserts were pulled out of the fork then bonding them back in with a fixture would be required to ensure alignment. A typical craft-store hot glue is not suitable. It is exceptionally rare to have the inserts simply pull out. Most often this failure is a result of the inserts getting driven out when replacment bolts that are too long are installed. If any parent material is pulled out along with the insert the fork may have been damaged beyond repair.
Perhaps the shop took these precautions.
Regardless of the cause, a new frame isn’t necessary because fork alignment is independent of the frame itself.
I have a 2010 B2Pro. How much faster is the new IA over my B2Pro at IM distance? Just looking for a ballpark.
I want that new bike bad and am trying to justify $14k in my head.
That’s impossible to give you an accurate answer without knowing how fast you’re going now.
but for an imprecise answer; between 4-10% faster.

I am close to 5hr flat for IM distance.
From Rinny’s DA to her IA we found that at the same power output and relative position she should have gone ~12.5 minutes faster from '12 to '13. She’s on the smallest frame but moved from 650c to 700c wheels which gave her another boost. Because her frame is so small however the aero differences would be reduced vs. the improvement on a typical frame size.
I think 12.5 minutes is a reasonable expectation for you as well.
