Felt customer service (big thanks!)

I just wanted to post on how happy I am with the customer service I got from Felt. I had a 2007 56 B2 frame with a busted seat collar and they replaced it with a better fitting 2008 54 B2. They really went out of their way to make it better for me and I appreciate it. The total turnaround time was less than 2 weeks.

In case your wondering, the Planet X bike I posted the porn shot of is going to my wife, which was the original plan. We ride the same size bike so I was just using it while I got a replacement. I didnt think it would happen in less than 2 weeks.
