Can help with the bayonet fork, but try locktite on all fasteners and carbon paste on all mating surfaces, even ones that aren’t carbon.
For the set screws, sorry but thats operator error. They are just there on any bike to help you get the wheel in straight. The quick release should be tight enough that when riding the wheel doesn’t move, even if you don’t have the set screws in.
