Felt B12 Arm Rest

Question for the group, I have a stock 09 Felt B12 and want to raise the arm rest. Is there a kit or a method to do this? Or is the only way to raise the cockpit is to buy a new stem?

There are arm rest risers and longer bolts available for the Bayonet handlebars. The base bar is also flippable if you want to raise your brake hoods/levers.
