I have a two foam rollers right now (one stick and one hard floor roller) and was thinking about another one but wanted to see if anyone on here has a favorite and if they do why?
The Rumble Roller is by far away the best foam roller I have ever used. In fact, one you use one religiously you won’t ever want to go back to a regular roller as it won’t feel like it does anything. Fwiw, I started with one of the cheap foam ones back in 06-09, graduated to trigger point grid 09-12, and then found the Rumble Roller. It is amazing, but I also just bought a whole bunch of cheaper knock-offs to see what they are like and will write it up at some point. It is one of like 100 pieces to write, that I will probably procrastinate and procrastinate on.
