Fav. bike /tri shop in Twin Cities

Going to the Twin Cities Sat - Mon. Anyone got a favorite bike or tri shop?

Tri = Gear West, west of Mpls in Long Lake

Actually is two separate stores in 1 bldg -
gearwest.com (running gear)
gearwestbike.com (bike and swim gear)

Other side of metro area = Grand Performance in St. Paul, more emphasis on road cycling/racing

For road cycling there are more good ones, these are just the two I go to most.
