My times are current and historical, never been faster than I am now… Post both current and historical…
I know that Mike Plumb has run some mean 10 k times. I’d be interested to see how low and if another ST’er is faster.

You definitely win. Right now, asusming I could run, assuming I ever get over a nagging calf problem, I would puke at 48 minutes.

Never swam distance free, but did over a dozen non wetsuit swims in Hawaii between 50:10 and high 51 minutes. 400 IM at age 46 -4:43…Maybe could ride just under an hour now for 40k, have done 1:01 twice this past year in legit tri distance, in triathlons. My running sucks now, could maybe go 37 or 38 minutes for 10k. But I am carring this extra baby(14 lbs) around with me still…
I only dream of times like that Mark, but we are equal with the baby thing going on, although again you beat me 'cos mine is only half term at 8 lbs!
