I have Warrick Dunn, my 2nd back on a bye week. I have a choice between JJ Arrington again Dallas or Kevin Jones against da Bears. Both of these backs and matchups suck. WHich sucks less?
BTW, I am in first place in our league which prevents me from adding anyone to my roster so these are my only choices.
i’d go with jones. both matchups are rough, but with garcia behind center, the bears need to give some respect to the passing game, so that might open some running lanes for jones. arrington isn’t running with authority, doesn’t have the type of mobility a smallish back like himself should have, and isn’t even the top running option for his team. jones has more playmaking ability, but hasn’t been putting much production so far since teams haven’t been afraid of harrington in the passing game.
I’d go Green vs. San Diego, Chargers are horrible against the pass this year. McNairs top 2 receivers are out this week so he’s a tough play. At some point Gonzo has to get some TDs, I’ll bet it’s this week.

Yeah, we could be repeating this during week 13. I have no idea what Green and KC are doing. If Green throws some TD’s … I’m undefeated … even with Cadillac’s impairing “gametime playing decisions”. C’mon Gruden, give me some time to move someone else into the starting lineup.
Clipped this bit of news from Rotoworld on Cadillac (I’m trying to get an owner to trade him to me as a Rookie Keeper for next year):
"Carnell Williams practiced for a second straight day Thursday and is expected to start this weekend. But the progress of his injured right arch is still a concern. Bucs running back coach Art “Vroom, Vroom” Valero had this to say on Thursday, "Realistically, something like he’s got could be an eight- or a nine-week deal. Right now, it’s been four weeks.‘’
Coach Jon Gruden said it was tough to get accurate information from Williams, who always says he’s fine. "He’s like Fort Knox.‘’
We own Cadillac in multiple leagues, and don’t feel encouraged by the news. If the Bucs get a big lead at San Francisco, they may rest him in the second half. We will still play him because the matchup is too good, but he’s moving down our Friday Goal Line Stand rankings."
