Fake peanut butter?

Has anyone tried this stuff 'Better ‘N Peanut Butter’ http://www.betternpeanutbutter.com/
Any thoughts on nutritional value, good for preworkout, postworkout, anytime? Just curious.

Yes, I eat it all the time. Tastes pretty good, and seems to be a healthier alternative to regular peanut butter. I think it is good any time, but I mainly eat it pre-workout.

I’ve heard people have issues with the amount of sugar in the product- tapioca syrup, cane juice, rice syrup. But with only 2 grams of sugar per serving it seems lower in sugar than most products; am i missing something?

I haven’t found any problems with excess sugar in it, but this is coming from someone who takes 6 packets of Equal in my coffee, so…

Seriously, thanks for the PM with the personal use info.

It has:

Peanuts (as de-fatted peanut flour and natural peanut butter), tapioca syrup, pure water, dehydrated cane juice, rice syrup, vegetable glycerin, soy flour, salt, tapioca starch, natural flavors, paprika & annatto, calcium carbonate, lecithin, vitamins e & c (antioxidants).

Mine has:

Peanuts and salt.

I’ll stick with mine!

LOL!!! Actually, I switched to Splenda when I heard that report on Equal…no joke.
