I know that FIST is designed for TRi bikes. But, is there anything that says I can’t take my road bike, that I use to train on for tri’s, to someone that is FIST certified to be fitted? I have a tri bike on order and once its here I plan on having someone help me with it. But, my new road bike that I got about a month ago, I am having some problems getting it setup how I feel comfortable wtih. I don’t know of anyone that is really good with setup in my area. But, there is a shop about an hour away that has a guy that is FIST certified. So I figured I would go there.
