Is there a list of F.I.S.T. certified fitters? Anyone in Ottawa?
In September I had back surgery and a fusion of L5/S1 so I want to be sure that my fit closely addresses some positioning issues I may have. I have had my previous fits done by my LBS and have always been quite happy with them, but they have fit me more by observation and not really with specific measurements. I think a F.I.S.T. fit will be worth the investment.

Not sure about Ottawa but Endurosport in Toronto is very good, albiet a bit of a drive from Ottawa. There is an independent in Kingston. He’s a physiotherapist that has taken the FIST course but I can’t remember his name. Post on the Kingston Multisport forum and somebody may be able to tell you. I also beleive that Ti Cycle in Gananoque may be tri bike fit friendly.
