Just proof it’s not easy to play in a band. I am sure the guitarist in the Pink Floyd video nails the solo every time he plays it in his bedroom with the MP3 playing along side him. It’s just not the same.
This is why I have a passion for our kids at the local school of rock where I live. They shred it up, and are being taught band dynamics that these guys in their 40s are clueless about. I believe teaching kids how to interact musically in a group provides them a lot of social growth too, and when they grow up their overall small group communication skills are better than their peers…
