Man, very tough news. Just remember to keep up with workouts, as it’s one thing you can control, and it will keep you in a better place. Stay positive, and it will work out. Been there years ago and close to it now myself, so stay strong and go to your places of comfort…for me that’s the tri community. Good luck.
