Extreme Triathlon in CT - Any Info?

Anyone have any insight on this race? I have cycled in the area quite a bit and have done a lot of long swims at Hammonasset and it seems like a great venue for a triathlon. Any idea on the numbers for this race? How about all the CT slowtwitcher’s?

Pretty sure this is a first-year event. I’ve been asking around about it up here (Boston) and no one I know has any info on the race director, etc. If you find anything out, please post here.

I was gonna do it as I ride down there all the time but they scheduled it for the day after Yom Kippur. I didnt think fasting for a day and then doing a 1/2 was a good idea :slight_smile:
