a couple of team bits to shift, first and foremost a top of the line Neilpryde Alize, full 11 speed dura ace so totally future proof , 2014 model, Size extra large, Built but never ridden with an uncut steerer tube allowing you to tune the fit your needs. . Dura Ace top of the line kit throughout including brake, derailleurs, cranks, and shifters. No corners were cut on using cheaper OEM components, most of the time companies downgrade brakes or cranks to make a price point but not so here. Brand name SLR saddle, vittoria tyres, aero seatpost . 50/34 cranks but the new shimano cranks can take rings far larger than you need (they no longer have compact and standard BCD). Ultegra wheels which are tubeless reasy. . really nice build quality and colour matched parts give it a classy look . Designed in the BMW wind tunnel so it’s REALLY aero not just aero looking note the extended kammtail downtube, the bike of choice for the NCC winning UHC squad so you know it must corner well!

secondly i have a Cycleops PT400 power measuring indoor bike/ ergometer. This ergo trainer is fully adjustable to mimic your bike position, allows the mounting of proper pedals and saddle as well. It doesn’t wear out your tyres or fatigue your frame like a trainer. and it’s always set up and ready for those pre work hammerfests! The bike is controlled by the Joule computer ( included) so that you set your wattage goals or upload workouts to the Joule. This bike has been ridden for less than 20 hours and looks brand new.
