I have a tub of Vega Protein Shake that expired 8 months ago, anyone think it is still safe to use?
If it doesn’t smell bad it’s likely fine. Virtually no chance the expiry date was set by any scientific means. More likely the marketing manager set the date to sell more product.
Certainly pharmaceuticals are good well past their expiry date.
