I’ve been using exercise tube for upper body stretching and light work over the last month since I’m not swimming much. (I hope I am using the correct ST approved term for the rubber tube thingy with handles on the ends) I’ve got the basic shoulder press/curl/shrug/seated pull things down. How does one do something that brings in the chest like a bench press or fly?

Find a column/pole or something similar that’s “in the ground”, wrap the tube around it, turn facing away from whatever you’re anchored to and work from there…you’ll obviously need to move away from that “anchor” so you’ve got enough tension to make any difference, but you should be able to figure it out.
And if that description is wanting…just do some pushups.

No experience with this but is the ‘tube’ long enough for you to loop across your back? If it is you could do that, gripping the handles and then extending your arms appropriatly.
Forgive me if this makes no sense and/or I’ve got my exercises mixed up.

Perfect. Now why didn’t I think of that?
Any other nifty stretches a person can do with an exercise tube?
