Errors on Garmin Connect today?

Anyone else having issues logging into Garmin Connect? It is asking for basic auth now and over the weekend sync with Strava and TP were broken.

It loaded at 1145 EST today, but then started asking questions. I’m behind a firewall so I assumed that the exchange server had forgotten its name, so I rebooted (usually fixes the email problem) and not connect won’t even load.

As others have stated on another thread, I have not been able to upload my training to Garmin Connect since last weekend. Last night I could not log in.

I’ve been using Garmin Connect since it started. I don’t think I remember a time that there was such an issue as this one. I am just about to the point of losing interest in uploading to their website since I use WKO for logging my training data, TrainerRoad and Strava for an entertainment/social aspect. It is getting frustrating in a time crunched world to keep wasting time trying to upload (and now just log in seems to be a chore).

I was able to log into classic, but got the ‘authentication required’ pop up box when trying to switch to modern.

I am set up to default to modern. Is there a URL to go back to classic?

I’m also having the same problem…Since the update there have been several issues…such as reporting, problems uploading, etc etc. I have returned to the old version which is still working. The new has nicer graphics but I don´t find it much better…

I have found it’s pretty much been a constant headache since they made the switch to the modern dashboard. Some days, it loads your workout in no time. Other days, particularly, it seems, after a longer run or ride, it seems to take forever, if it loads it at all.

I tried calling a couple of weeks back to get some help and they said it’d be on hold for an hour so email them. I received a response a week later. Asking me if I had restarted my computer.

The latest is I was just manually entering a swim workout and it has given me an error message eight times telling me I have entered a numeric value that is not accepted in the database.

I am about ready to give up on Garmin and move on to something else for keeping track of workouts. I love their GPS stuff. I am on my fourth watch. But the site is just one frustration after another.

I had a similar issue, i use garmin connect as the central hub to then auto export data to strava and TP, it exported to strava but not TP. I also manually downloaded the data from GC and then tried to upload it to TP and it would not load (error message each time). I am curious is this is more on TP’s end than garmin connect. But as you stated you were having issues with logging in to GC and i did not, so potentially different issues.
