Love my Ergomo Pro and have used it without problems for 1-year. All of the sudden when I try to download data from the Ergomo to WKO I get the message “unrecognized device”. Re-installed drivers and they appear to show-up fine in the WKO software indicating they are being recognized. Have also re-set my Ergomo many times, still nothing. What the &*%&^? Any thoughts? (A) computer problem, (B) software problem, or (C) Ergomo problem? I say (A) but would love to see if anyone else has had this problem. Thanks!
make sure you have specified the ergomo in the device setting in wko+. i had this happen before and i’m pretty sure it was something in my wko+ configuration.

I had the same problem, couldn’t figure out what was going wrong. It ended up being the cable connecting the Ergomo to the computer. In the connection that plugs in to the Ergomo unit one of the wires broke loose. All I had to do was re-soder the wire to the bracket and it was up and working.
