Stem/spacers will need to be a little different but bars can be put in the same place. Weight distribution will be nearly exactly the same as will trail - so handling pretty similar. THe only thing that could be an issue is if you have the saddle pushed all the way forward on the Calfee - then the .5deg shallower sta may be limiting
Not knowing the front-center of the bikes, it’s a little hard to say, but I’d tend to say that the Luna is going to handle a little better by virtue of the slacker head tube angle and 3 cm longer wheelbase (I’m assuming that 3 cm is in front center instead of chainstays).

CS 405 on calfee to 394 on Blade. The CS/FC ratio stays the same. Shorter WB may lose some stability but balance will be the same
I don’t think they’ll feel the same at all. The Calfee is longer in the TT plus steeper angle which makes it seem even longer than the Litespeed. In addition, the wheelbase difference and HTA will make handling quite different. At the risk of annoying those who say test rides are meaningless, I’d think you’d want to try before you buy.
